In additional to public events, the project team meets every few months to discuss progress and plan for upcoming work packages. To date, the project has met:

• December 2009. Initial meeting - University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom
• May 2010 (postponed from April due to ash cloud crisis). Second project meeting - Tampere, Finland.
• November 2010. Third project meeting - Bucharest, Romania
• April 2011. Fourth project meeting - Coventry, UK.
• September 2011. Fifth project meeting - Tampere, Finland.
• Feburary 2012. Sixth project meeting - Tampere, Finland.

Upcoming Events

7th project meeting and promotion event - Brussels

Meeting is organized and arranged in Brussels in conjunction with the project’s promotion event. Meeting’s one task is to conclude the finalization work and the second internal and external evaluations. Dissemination activities will be updated.

8th and final project meeting - Tampere, Finland

Project finalization. The eighth project meeting is organized and arranged in Tampere, Finland in conjunction with the dissemination seminar. During the final meeting all the work is concluded and all the management issues are finalized. Dissemination and sustainability activities after the lifetime of project will be confirmed.
